Sunwise is a UV forecast app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch that turns the daily UV index into personal sun-safety guidance, including how long you can stay in the sun before you burn.

Sunwise turns the UV forecast into clear, personal guidance. Built on Apple WeatherKit, it shows the UV index hour by hour and a multi-day outlook for any saved location, along with sunrise, sunset, solar noon, the peak UV time and the day's safe hours. People add their skin tone and how easily they burn, and Sunwise estimates how long they can stay outside at the current UV level. It includes Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, an Apple Watch app with complications, Siri and Shortcuts, and a plain-English summary of the day written on-device with Apple Intelligence. Saved locations and the skin profile stay on the user's own devices.
