App Deco Studio Inc. cares deeply about your privacy. This policy explains what data Sunwise handles and how the third-party services it relies on are involved.

Personal Information

Sunwise does not collect personal information. You can use the app without creating an account or providing any identifying details.

Location

Sunwise uses the location services of your device to deliver an accurate, personalized UV index forecast for where you are. Your precise location is used on-device to request weather data and is not stored on our servers or included in analytics. You can revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings.

Skin Type and Preferences

Your Fitzpatrick skin type and any related preferences you enter to personalize burn time calculations are stored on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, synced across your devices via your personal iCloud account. App Deco Studio Inc. cannot access this data. By using iCloud sync, you are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Apple WeatherKit

Sunwise uses Apple WeatherKit to retrieve UV index, weather, and forecast data for your location. WeatherKit requests are made from your device and are subject to Apple's data handling. By using Sunwise, you are subject to Apple's Weather & Maps Privacy Notice.

Analytics

Sunwise uses TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous usage data, such as app launches and feature usage. This data does not include personal information or precise location. By using Sunwise, you are subject to TelemetryDeck's Privacy Policy. Apple may also send anonymous analytics information to the developer if you have enabled “Share With App Developers” in iOS Settings.

RevenueCat

Sunwise uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated identifier and purchase information so that your subscription status can be restored across devices. By using Sunwise, you are subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

App Store

Purchases, subscriptions, and downloads of Sunwise are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple may collect information in connection with these transactions. By downloading or purchasing Sunwise, you are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children

Sunwise is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Updates

This policy may be updated at any time. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are familiar with any changes.
